Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Lost or Damaged Packages Voltex is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at jfaisonlc@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
